I feel like I have pain in the brain..Like inside my skull literally..Had the same pain a month back..As there was like ear pain too consulted an ENT and took second opinion from a gen physician...Both had prescribed cetrizine once a day and chymoral forte twice a day for 5 days..At that time it was also tender on touching the area...Now today it seems the pain is starting again...It's just started today...So what could be it ...The pain is in the right back side of my skull one finger length approx away from ear.

I would advise you to meet a neurologist so that you can be assessed thoroughly and undergo investigations such as CT/MRI to rule out any underlying problems. I would advise you to monitor our BP as well. Kindly visit the neurologist at the earliest.
