1) No evidence of acute infarct, hemorrhage or space occupying mass lesion noted. 2) Tiny FLAIR hypointense foci is seen involving right cerebellum, non-specific. Conclusion: No significant abnormality is seen in the brain. Please let me know the meaning of line 2 flair tiny hypointense Is it brain tumor or something else? I am worried please let me know Thanks for your help in advance

Highly unlikely that this is anything to worry about it but nevertheless you should show the films to a Neurosurgeon/Neurologist.
