Insomnia stress confusion obsessive compulsesive disorder respected doctor i m facing severe emotional thought s releted problem i am Westing too much time in set to mind i am thinking about that is common things for a normal people the experience d i done that all time i thinks and deal like a major issue evan i know this is common things of daily routine doctore i am tries to set my mind entire times i am not joying in life like a normal person i think its a ill of mental health so i think i need a assessment by specialist like Counselor or clinical Psycologist.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Your peoblem is a bit complex here. You need to understand that counselling and medications will be required for you. I would suggest you to consult a psychiatrist in person for further evaluation and management.  Also start practising yoga and meditation like my colleague mentioned. Your description does sound like you are going through emotional problems and depression. Consult a psychiatrist for an assessment. You will benefit from first ruling out any organic / medical causes. Then cognitive behavior therapy, yoga and other lifestyle changes will help. Moderate to severe depression needs treatment with medicine. Also address any underlying stresses. Regards
