Brain ct after head injury

Ct scan of my dad gave below impression.. Bilateral anterior frontal lobe gliosis changes.  Bilateral basifrontal haemorrhagic contusion and edema. Anterior inter hemispheric fissure, left anterior frontal and temporal acute subdural haemorrhage.  Focal acute subarachnoid haemorrhage in right superior frontal, left anterior and superior frontal and temporal lobes.  Undisplaced fracture of occipital bone right side extending from foramen Magnum to right parietal bone. Right parietal scalp haematoma. He is currently hospitalized and being monitored. Is this condition bad? He is looking aggressive and responding to questions.

Yes, there are multiple brain injuries. With fracture of skull. It indicates high impact injury. In These type of injuries usually condition remains critical. With time and proper treatment and care, only it will be clear how he will do in future.
