Good afternoon. The very fact that blood clot or hematoma required surgery indicates that the clot was putting pressure over rest of the brain tissue and it needed removal. However, even after removal there can be residual sensory motor or memory defects. So it would be advisable to consult your neurosurgeon for the above symptoms.
