I have a 1.73 mm discrepancy of the mandilla and mandibular. Do i need to get an expander or extractions will help? How much does expander for adults cost?

Hie.. Purpose for both the things are different Expander will help in expanding the maxilla..following tooth movement.. Exatraction will create the space for tooth movement in the desired position.. It totally depends on your orthodontist treatment plan.. according to your case.. what is required ..
