Bp result pls advice

Dear sir father age 55 his bp was up and down happens from 189/111 to and sometime pls advice or is good normal or not thanks am worrying... He will take telma tab regualr 1 .. now he have to take 1 more tab or no need . If possible pls advice any otehr tab also like   any chewable tablets to control bp pls send mandatory
