My mother's initial bp was 200/100 After medication it came down to 140/80 She consumes a medicine called Olmesar A40 But again today her bp goes to 150/90 besides there is pain in head with buzzling and hissing in ear What can be the reason ? What would be your suggestion? Is this anything vital or a life threatening issue? Her age is 50 and weight is 78 kg approximately

BP still need to reduced slightly, can add beta blocker group or hydrochlorthiazide, needs cardiac evaluation with stress echo, consult cardiologist
