Iam using bp Tab olmezest h20 , iam suffering from anxiety related hypertension. Iam taking bp readings at home by automated bp monitor. Always my first reading is little bit high why? 134/85 1 reading 120/80 2 reading 115/77 3 reading. Which reading should be considered? During my first reading i feel nervous and anxiety. Can i change my Tab? Pls suggest. Regards.

Your bp and medicine is both fine . No need to worry about it. If your pulse is also high you could consult to change your medicine.
