When BP was 170/110 my sister 46 year old was suggested Telista H and now after 6 days BP is 135/88 but pulse is around 120 is any other medicine to be added?

Kindly wait for 2 weeks of total taking medication. If still pulse increased need to change medicine accordingly

Use plain telmisartan instead of the H component. The increased heart rate is due to hydrochlorthiazide.
