My wife is 28 years old ,she has a problem of constipation for which she will be adviced some laxative syrup but now she has a bp low problem bp is 80/45 feelinh heaviness in chest and some time dizziness, what to do ? Please suggest thanks

Considering her regular BP is not in the lower range  , the present value is very low.Take her to the nearest hospital immediately. On the way take plenty of we water and salted lemon juice . Heaviness in chest also needs evaluation.
