Hi Sir my bp low 110/70 pls suggest Feeling diziness and weakness pulse rate 94 From few days I have above symtoms feeing something in nerves like numness and weakness

Ur BP is not normally regarded as low BP. ..(provided Ur baseline BP is not too high)... With little high pulse rate and point toward dehydration or anemia... Get Ur blood picture done once which can be a reason for all these symptoms (CBC)
