BP during pregnancy

I am in my 18th week of first pregnancy where my BP level is 123/78 during last checkup is this normal.. I always used to be tensed during checkups and I am avoiding salt and spicy items and should I take another particular food or fruit to take this to normal.. please suggest

Ur blood pressure is normal only, so no need for any other food but avoid excess salt intake

BP is normal but if you are getting swelling of feet or face , then it could be dangerous
