BP and Diabetes

I am having both High BP and Diabetes. Please suggest what food should be the best for me. Having diabetes means I have to eat something every 2 hours but that will increase my weight and increases BP. PLEASE ADVICE

No , you don't have to eat every hour. That's wrong assumption. Probably you don't have enough knowledge of diabetes and bp yet. I would suggest to take an appointment with one of the doctors here or near around you . Both things can be easily managed with 1.self monitoring , 2.diet , 3. exercise and 4 few medicines if needed

First of all, I want to tell you that diabetes and hypertension are completely reversible conditions ( Which is against the conventional myth that you will have to be on drugs life long). To reverse your condition: Avoid white rice, hybridised wheat, milk from hybridised cows, meat which is not organic, white salt and white sugar. What to eat: brown or red rice, millets, small quantities of non hybridised wheat, healthy fats from avocado, coconut oil, flax seeds, lots of green veggies, eat only two meals a days to stay healthy. All these protocols can be implemented slowly and weaning of current drugs can be done. Let me know if further help required.
