First of all, I want to tell you that
diabetes and hypertension are completely reversible conditions ( Which is against the conventional myth that you will have to be on drugs life long).
To reverse your condition: Avoid white rice, hybridised wheat, milk from hybridised cows, meat which is not organic, white salt and white
sugar.
What to eat: brown or red rice, millets, small quantities of non hybridised wheat, healthy fats from avocado, coconut oil, flax seeds, lots of green veggies,
eat only two meals a days to stay healthy. All these protocols can be implemented slowly and weaning of current drugs can be done.
