My son is 23 days old. He is not pooing since 3 days. He feed from both formula and breastfeeding. Other activities of baby are normal.

Please breast feed you baby exclusively till six months of age. Babies can poop 20 times in a day or cannot poop for 5-6 days, as long as they are passing urine 6-8 times in a day, are not crying, fussy, arching, you don't need to do anything.
