My 1 month barbie have only 2-3 bowel movement a week. (Once in 2-3 days). Is it normal? Any tonic, medicine or gripe water required for smooth bowel movements? Please suggest.

It's completely normal.  As long as your baby is comfortable u need not worry.  If he/she has colic, u may have to give meds to relieve that. Otherwise no medicine is required
