Hello sir m facing both sides chest pain..right side was more than left..aching and pinning..may i know the reason..??

Cause can be anything from cough, acidity, cardiac issues or exertion. Get x-rays, ECG, serum calcium and vitamin d done. Chest exercises will be helpful. Apply hot water compression . Medications like Enzomac, Tendocare forte will be helpful.
