Hello doctor, I am 20 weeks pregnant and I have gone through my level 2 ultrasound. My report says- Both renal pelvis are borderline dilated. Right renal pelvis  A.P. Diameter is 4 mm. Left renal pelvis A.P. diameter is 3.9. No hydronephrosis seen. Upper ureters are not dilated . Bladder is visualized not distended. Please suggest is there any risk factor in my child.
