Ya its urinary tract infection..get urine culture done prior starting antibiotics for same..also plz check on the renal functions if its re current culture is must . to see organism and antibiotic sensitivity..can take Norflox/Levoflox/or augmentin. Drink plenty of water..if repeat infection get gynac consult also..
