Boils on pubic area

I have boils on pubic area it was from past 3 weeks .It is full of yellow pus and itching and firstly it was only two slowly it growed it's number to 6. I used an antibiotic cream called "Clobeta GM" after using it itching was better but boils are still there itself. It would be great if you help me out from this problem
