I have developed many small boils on my face. They appear more in number whenever I am exposed to dust. Otherwise also, I have got quite a few. They don't hurt but they itch. And they are not going away. Please advise.

You might be suffering from contact allergy to dust. Try using a mask and if it gets better it confirms that. For itching use levocetrizine tabs at bedtime for 5 days.  Apply fluticasone cream over affected area for one week. Do not reuse fluticasone as it can cause side effects .
