Hi sir, I get boils underarms often,mostly during summer times. There is no pus. It starts as a small boil.Slowly becomes big and stays for 1 week and slowly becomes small and disappears. It happens below both underarms. Kindly suggest some remedy. Attached pic is of third or fourth day. It becomes 3 to 4 times bigger.

Wah the area with Betadene wash twice daily and apply Mupirocin cream twice daily for a week.
