Hello.... By the word 'tried' I hope u did this after consulting appropriate health specialist.. The photo is not showing exactly which part is involved.. So if it is confirmed as boil or carbuncle, then better get it excised followed by antibiotics.. Only antibiotics or only Excision will never solve it..
