My body is everyday too warm and have headache in my head always.I always feel tired and low energetic.

Low grade fever can be due to chronic diseases, chronic infections, thyroid malfunction, anemia etc.
Next Steps
get checked for basics blood tested for cbc, sugar, thyroid profile and  liver function tests x ray chest monteaux test
Health Tips
if there's loss of weight during recent months, keep a note of it and tell about it to the treating doctors along with the Reports of above tests
