I have experience that my body is always hot ..my family people tells me .. Also my body temperature is 99 ..what can be the reason ..i don't feel like fatigue or anything but my body temperature is always high Whatever be the season

Some people may have body temperature of around 99 degree F . No need to worry unless you don’t have any symptoms. Those who have thyroid problems can also have high basal body temperature so you can do a blood test for thyroid profile
