Hello doctor my son 1 year old now. His.body temperature is normal when o check with thermometer . But his body foot and hands are hot. Baby is active Iam checking body temperature Every time but every thing is normal. But what is the reason for body heat pls tell me . Iam very warried about my son during this pandomic situation. 🙏

That is because of his growth ... sometime you will find his head more warmer than his body. Don't worry.
Always check temperature if you feel. Temperature more than 99 is called as fever.
Monitor his activity, oral intake, urine output.

If core temperature is normal why you are worried, it is not fever, it could be due to heat stress . Do sponging of affected part. Give him vitamin D 3 drops 1 ml OD.
