  4. Body temperature. Is this normal?

For the past one year early morning temp is 98.5 or 98.6 normal..but in the evening it is going till 99.6. Last month took dengue typhoid and urine culture.. And all looks normal.. Is this normal ?no tiredness observed.

Was there any weight loss? Any other symptoms other than fever? From given info I suspect TB but more history is needed.
