Body sensation and low energy

My mother is undergoing treatment of gland TB for last one month. She constantly complains of low energy , weakness , sensation in body sometimes and getting very restless and times. Is it Normal symptoms to have this on medication

Anti tuberculosis treatment may causes polyneuritis which causes muscle cramp and sensation and fatigue.
