Hello Doctor. I regularly get affected by heat stress problems. Any food item like chicken or egg that increase body heat cause great inconvenience to me. I get boils on my face, back, chest and particularly inner side of the nose. The boils usually lasts for 2-3 days and are very painful. My age is 19 and I have been suffering from this for about 2 years now. I am not always exposed to sun & I have no previous health issues. Is it preferable to consume B-Complex tablets for that instance to cure the painful boils.
