Don't worry.
You have the potential to become 6 feet 3 inches. Go for morning jog. Join a Gym. Spend atleast 2 hours on exercises.
Avoid Tea, Coffee, Tobacco, Alcohol, Drugs , late night Parties.
Eat Vegetarian diet which includes green vegetables, milk products, and fresh fruits.
And pray to God.
