Body get itching under sunlinght

Whenever my body temperature become high in any way (eg when I come under sunlight,or get nervous or when it feel hot or when i get angry or in any way ) my body get red and some dot dot came out in some parts of body and it feel very itching. where should i go for treatment and is it skin disease or something else. please help me
