My daughter is 7.5 years old diagnosed with autism. Recently i could spot few (3-4) pubic hair on her. Also her left breast bud is visible(very tiny). I am concerned about her body development as she is a special kid. Worried if it can be a sign of precocious puberty and what can be done about it. She shows no other signs of it though. No vaginal discharge or underarms hair. She's not overweight and eat healthy home cooked food only.

Please get a check up by a pediatrician for SMR staging. There are lot of children who have precocious puberty. So better to get her evaluated.
