Is it normal for the dominant side (My right side in my case ) to be bigger than my left side? Or is this a concerning issue?

Any discomfort, any pain associated with asymmetry should be  addressed. Otherwise if minor change which cannot be seen easily should be ignored.. Key  is to stay fit with regular exercise, balanced diet and sleep.

Slight assymetry which is not visible enough is absolutely alright. Usually the dominant side is slightly stronger than the non dominant one.
Next Steps
Do not worry about uniformity issues unless visible.
Health Tips
Get a thorough check done, incase you are facing problems with it.

Slightly bigger which is not very noticeable is no issue. If it's not, consult a physician. Whichever part you use more, becomes bigger in size/greater in no. depending upon the type of tissue and nature of force applied.
Next Steps
Suryanamaskar poses will be of help for proper structural balance.
Health Tips
Make sure you are not unnecessarily focusing on this esp. if you don't have symptoms.
