Body ache due to exercise or tension

Earlier I was diagnosed with generalised anxiety disorder, then had treatment for few months, but while treatment also the problem of body pain which happens in whole body didn't go, Doctor said to visit physician, as this could be due to vit d and vit b12 deficiency, but after test all reports were normal. Body ache happens during even a lilltle bit tension, excitement or after exercise. It is a chronic pain and is disturbing me since past 8 months, please suggest what to do , really need advise.

This pain itself could be because of your anxiety with somatic issues, therefore consult a psychiatrist as this is treatable with medication and counselling.

Generalized anxiety disorder usually have a presentation of feeling being on the nerves all the time with vague aches and pain. Usually with aggravation in stressful life events. This condition is treatable with medications and Counselling.

Are you still on medication for GAD? If no physical cause can be found for body pain then itself could be a symptom of chronic GAD with somatisation. Hopefully your physician must have ruled out any problems with your thyroid as thyroid problems can present with tiredness. You would need medication review with view to optimise dose or change of medication
