Body ache after d and c surgery

Yesterday I had my d and c surgery for abortion and after doscharge i was feeling weak but after having food I felt completely alright. Today when I woke up I was perfectly fine but now I am feeling sore body ... every muscle is slightly hurt.. can any tell me is it normal or not???
