Blurry vision in one eye.

I got distance blurry vision last year in july. At that time doctor prescribed me - 0.5 glasses for right eye. And after four month it increased to - 0.75 and now it is - 1.25. While other eye's power is still 0. Why is it progressing rapidly?

By the age of 21 ..length eye of ball increases ..number depend on that..Myopia progresses normally by 21 age.
