I have migraine. Lots of pressure in back of head and neck. I am having blurry vision in left eye and also eye floaters. I got an eye injury in the same when I was in school standards. What this could be. The eyes feel tired and little stiffness around the eyeballs has been there.

Migraine can be associated with a lot of ocular symptoms like transient blurring of vision, heaviness, pain etc. more towards one side. But the eye symtoms usually get relieved once the attack of migraine is over. If your blurred vision is constant & if the floaters are of recent onset, you need to get your eyes examined & get your retina evaluated (specially as you have had a history of trauma in same eye).
Next Steps
Consult physically to an ophthalmologist nearby.
Health Tips
Dont delay if the above symptoms are increasing.

All your symptoms are pointing towards migraine But if blurry vision alongwith floaters is constant with old history of trauma in same eye , kindly consult. Tired eyes , stiffness are due to dryness of eyes for that you can use any lubricating eye drop ( Refresh tears 4 times a day )if your screen time is high.
Next Steps
Consult if blurry vision + floaters is constant
Health Tips
Don’t delay to consult if blurry vision is progressing

Do u mean to say u have migraine right now? And the blurry vision n and floater are fresh? An eye injury in the same eye may prob be of no significance right now. Pl start on lubricants cants, reduce screen time, take ur migraine medication. If symptoms do not reduce by tomoro, pl see an eye dr/ call fr a video consult.
