Blurry vision in both eyes

Blurry vision right in the centre of both eyes, making it difficult to read things. I've experienced this in the past but not for a few years and it always goes away after 20 or minutes. The difference this time was that I had a numb feeling in my left leg which lasted only a few minutes. I've had an eye test recently which didn't find any problems.
