Do u have near vision or distance vision problem? after 40 near vision problem is common .

Just get your self checked ! Decrease in vision problem cannot be solved by opinion ..u need physical check .

Sir most probably you are facing the trouble in near works like reading books/ newspapers or mobile use. This is what we call Presbyopia which mostly occurs at around the age of 40 years which is a part of normal aging process. Kindly get a spectacle power check up done whenever safely possible next. Meanwhile you can hold the objects such as mobile or newspaper a bit farther so that you will be able to manage reading.
