Blur vision, strain headache

I have progressive power from more than 5 years. From last 3 years it was very uncomfortable to use spects. What can be the reason that I see little blur though the spects are made of accurate power given by doctor. Also I have headache and strain after reading or watching tv.

It all depends upon the power. At this age,Near vision increses,as age increases.pl consult Ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
