At times i have a blur vision with my right eye. I can feel a sensation in my right eye about the same. More to it if i close one of my eye and see from the other, I can mark the difference more significantly.

You might be having mild refractive error in one eye ,consult ophthalmologist for refraction & find out the cause for blurred vision, if prescribed eyeglasses  use it.These problems are very common now a days.

To guide you further i need your spectacle number, vision report. Please provide the same. Minor difference in both eyes is normal occurrence but for major difference one has to find the cause.
