Blow right below the shoulder.

I got struck on my right hand just below the shoulder, there is no swelling, i am able to move my hand. Movement below the elbow is ok. but when i try to lift my hand up using my shoulder it pains. also I can see a little red mark at the point of impact. Please suggest how soon should I visit a doctor?
