I have started to pee a lot of blood and I don’t feel any pain it started today randomly after I masturbated (I’m a guy) is there any link to masturbating causing guys to pee blood

Blood in urine can be due to infection, stone and malignancy... as you are 14 yrs old malignancy is out of question... So there may be infection or stone.. Get an Urine routine and microscopy test and Ultrasound of Abdomen and pelvis done Drink plenty of water
