Blood is coming with stool and it is hard and feeling like there some part has cutted and burning there.

Maybe due to hard stools there is a cut near the anal opening and that is causing the bleeding. Take Duphalac to soften the stools and apply proctsedyl ointment around the answer. Drink plenty of liquids and eat high fibre food and stop eating fast food. If with these measures there is no relief then see a doctor.
