I saw blood 2nd time today while passing stool. It happened as few days ago i had a hard stool nd while passing i felt a rip with pain. I didn't fell pain that day but after today i am felling a bit pain on that rip which bled again...any over the counter medicine i can take for this? Seems anal fissure

U can use lignocaine gel for the pain, sitz bath. Avoid constipation by taking fibre rich food n plenty of fluids so that u give time for the fissure to heal
