When I wake up in morning I will go to washroom for bowel movement there is blood inside the rectal and pain in anus from 2 days

You are likely to have Fissure in ano. Take a laxative ike Cremadiet powder and apply sucral ano cream locally. High fibre diet. Get examined if it doesn't improve in a week. Discuss details.

It appears to be a fissure. Start syrup Cremaffin 1 tbsp after dinner, and apply Lignox jelly locally.

Probaby Fissure in Ano, do sitz bath twice a day, take syp lactulose at night 20ml, and lignocaine 5% cream to be applied at anal opening
