I was delivered on March 27th. Later on May 10, blood bleeding occurred. Now this month, 4th of the blood bleeding was little and never again. What's the reason for this?

If you breast feeding then you can have this kind of irregular spotting or even menstruation can be delayed up to 6months or sometimes even beyond that.
