Blood traces in semen

I'm 32 years old. Blood appeared in my semen while i had intercourse with my partner. This was third repetitive occurrence in 15 to 20 days. Earlier it was white and clear. I had elbow joint operation 1.5 years back as i fractured my elbow in an accident and had persistent infections for almost 2 months and gone through antibiotics courses.
