Blood tinged cervical mucus

I am 28 weeks pregnant and I am having a low lying placenta which was diagnosed at 21st week. For the past five days, I was having abdominal cramps and today, I saw blood tinged cervical mucus. Is that normal? I'm in great tension.

Not normal.Should not tack any chance and should get admitted in hospital for observation and rest.
