Blood tests report

I'm taking blood glucose and thyroid test.. reports given 1. free t3     2.89  pg/ml 2. free t4     0.954 ng/dl 3. TSH         2.91 uiU/ml 4. blood glucose fasting    66 mg/dl.. I'm not taking thyroid medications for 3 months and I took the test. the results are given above.. is this a normal value? previously I'm taking 12.5mcg.. shall I discontinue the medicine or not.. kindly suggest me
